When something serious happens, get the facts right. Fairly, and with the person harmed at the centre.
Online incidents are rarely simple. Accounts are anonymous, screenshots get edited, and families are often upset before anyone has the full picture. Our victim safety investigations use open-source intelligence (OSINT) and specialist tools, as each case requires, to give your school a clear, evidence-based account you can act on.
Urgent? Call us on 1300 707 009. If a child is in immediate danger, call 000 in Australia or 111 in New Zealand.
A clear picture, and a plan for what comes next.
Every investigation is shaped to the incident. We use the tools each case needs, and you receive findings your leadership team can rely on.

Next steps
We support you, the people affected and their families through what comes next.
Victim-led. Impartial. Beside your school.
The person harmed comes first.
Our investigations are consent-led and trauma-informed. We move at a pace they can manage, explain what is happening, and connect them to support along the way.
Evidence, not assumptions.
We don't take sides. Every person involved gets a fair process, and you get impartial findings you can share with families with confidence.
You stay in control.
You keep the decisions. We give you the evidence, findings and recommendations, and stand beside your leadership team through the next steps.
Led by a former Australian Federal Police investigator. Our investigations are victim-centric and consent-led, with careful evidence handling throughout.
Before you get in touch.
Does our school need to be a member?
No. Investigations are available to all schools. Member schools receive discounted rates.
How quickly will you respond?
We'll respond as soon as possible. If it's urgent, call us on 1300 707 009.
What should we do while we wait?
Don't copy, forward or save intimate images of a young person, even as evidence. Note usernames, links, dates and times, keep the people involved safe, and call us for guidance on preserving evidence.
Can you help when a teacher is being targeted?
Yes. We investigate online harassment, impersonation and abuse of staff, with the same care, discretion and impartiality as incidents involving students.
Who makes the decisions?
Your school does. We provide the evidence, findings and recommendations, and support you through the next steps.
Talk to us about an investigation.
Tell us a little about what has happened and we'll be in touch as soon as possible. Please don't include students' names or images in the form.
